The Committee's Challenge

My dad and Rachel were nice enough to go to Disneyland and take some really obscure pictures for Brit and I. They wanted to give us our own minnie-Mouse Hunt (get it, minnie=mini, minnie mouse, haha). Anywho, this won't be for points, but Brit and I were both able to guess all of these locations. See if you can guess where the pics were taken (no points, just fun).

Post your guesses in the comments.

  1. I'm taking the easy one... the lanterns are from Mad Hatter's Tea Cups!

  2. There's a curse on me or something. Literally, I have typed my guess for all 7 photos 4 times and either the computer's dumped me off or frozen or this last time it couldn't process my request. AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. I'm so excited because I'm thinking I've got 5 for sure right. I know it's not for points. I just like the challenge.
    Here goes one more try.

Pic 1 is "a new large display (with wheels) in the Esplanade. It is similar to the old entrance sign, and changes from DISNEYLAND to two sets of images."

Pic 2 is a guess. I'm thinking a shot outside the train while riding past the Grand Canyon.

Pic 3 is the carving of Koda and Kenai from Brother Bear that sits at the entrance to Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in California Adventure.

Pic 4 is the lanterns above the Mad Hatters Tea Cups.

Pic 5 is the awning/roof over the seating outside Tomorrowland Terrace where you can sit and eat and take in a Jedi Training show.

Pic 6 is another guess. These garbage cans are found in the Esplanade. I'm thinking close to the ticket booths. Entrance Plaza?

Pic 7 is the bell alarm inside the Disneyland Fire Dept. "In the days before telephones and radios, firefighters were dispatched by bell codes struck on telegraphic alarm systems."

So there you have it. Phew!!! I think it finally worked.
